I know that seeking individual therapy or couples counseling can sometimes be a difficult and fearful process. I’m here to offer support and hope. Whatever is happening in your life or your relationship, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. We’ll work together, at your pace, to create lasting positive change in a down to earth way. I offer support and easy to use skills for you and/or your partner to use in moving forward from wherever you are now, to where you want to be in your relationship.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I specialize in individual therapy, relationship counseling, and sex therapy. As a sex-positive therapist, I’m here to coach and empower you to have the tools you need and the ability to improve your communication, closeness, and intimacy with other in order to create a happier, healthier, and more authentic life.
